We are seeking a permanent, full time Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and growing People & Culture team. Based at our new, state of the art Head Office in Collingwood, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role managing recruitment activities for Bank Australia and will report directly into the Head of People & Culture Operations.

This is an office based position.

What you will be doing

Ensure effective coordination of recruitment, selection and internal transfer processes to efficiently fill vacancies and meet both current and future organisation requirements
Maintain accurate and up to date records of recruitment activities
Support Business Partners in facilitating candidates
Ensure department and individual KPI’s are achieved promptly and efficiently
Assist the Head of People & Culture Operations develop and implement relevant Bank Australia policies and processes
Support the Head of People & Culture Operations with People and Culture projects as required.
What you will bring

Experience and sound knowledge of people and culture practices
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplines, or equivalent business experience
Excellent communication skills in liaising both internally and externally - including written, oral and interpersonal
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment
Ability to adapt and respond to a changing workplace environment
Strong Microsoft office and recruitment system experience
