Overview:
We are looking for efficient and devoted Recruitment and Development Manager [ RDM ] for a leading Life Insurer.
As a RDM you will be responsible for recruitment of Life Advisors, developing agency business and meeting the targets with customer centricity. An RDM act as a Recruiter, coach & sales leader.
Job Requirements:
• Recruiter:
• Recruit and develop quality advisors for long-term careers.
• Sell the career opportunity to prospective advisors.
• Ensure advisors receive proper training on products, regulations, and sales techniques.
• Coach :
• Monitor advisor performance and daily activities.
• Motivate and retain high performers while providing targeted training to average performers.
• Analyze customer needs to ensure satisfaction and delight.
• Sales Leader:
• Provide hands-on training by accompanying advisors to client meetings.
• Guide and motivate advisors to achieve revenue targets.
• Organize promotional activities for sales and recruitment.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Graduate.
• Experience: 2 years in sales (including Pharma and FMCG sectors).
• Age: 23 – 3+ years.
• Proximity: Within 20 km of the branch location.
