We are seeking a highly motivated MBA student for a hands-on Human Resources Associate position. This role offers extensive exposure to HR operations and strategic initiatives within our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management
Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and project implementations
Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Support the coordination of training and development programs
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
