Overall HR Recruitment (Main) – 70%
HR Generalist (Main/Support) – 30%
1) To handle Pre joining formalities.
2) To handle Post Joining/Onboarding formalities.
3) To maintain employees’ personal files.
4) To maintain various database & updating it periodically.
5) To issue various letters.
6) To perform morning rituals on mail.
7) To assist in employee engagement activities.
8) To co-ordinate with employees as well as vendors as & when required.
+) To perform any other task as assigned by the superior.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Job Location: Lower Parel
CTC - Max upto 4.50LPA
