Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of applicants to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the most suitable candidates for specific roles.
• Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize sourcing methods and enhance the candidate experience.
• Employer Branding: Promote and enhance the organization's employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events. Create compelling job advertisements and marketing materials to attract top talent.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline and manage the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Reporting and Metrics: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain documentation related to recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview evaluations, and candidate feedback.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a successful track record in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets.
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and organizational information.
