Responsibilities
• Have experience in hiring in either for Hospitality or Travel & Tourism industry
• Ensure appropriate candidates are sourced, hired, and oriented to meet the organizations talent needs.
• Must have Knowledge of using job portals like Linkedln, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
• Conduct Employee Onboarding process
• Address Employee queries relating to policies and processes
• Open to work on additional responsibilities
Requirements:
• Fresher to 6 months experience in HR Recruitments only
• Preferable from hospitality or travel and tourism industry
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
This is a full time role based out of our Jaipur office
