We are currently recruiting for an experienced and/or qualified Recruitment & HR Advisor to join our team at Mawson Lakes on a 12 month contract.
In this role you will:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of Defence roles, including reviewing position descriptions, drafting job advertisements, working with candidates and recruitment agencies, and onboarding;
Source new candidates through diverse strategies;
Collaborate with key stakeholders including the Management Team to identify staffing needs and development recruitment strategies;
Ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process to attract the best candidates;
Contribute to a better onboarding experience for new employees;
Be a part of the compact HR Team providing support and advice to employees.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end blue and white collar recruitment;
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and/or related experience;
Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities;
Great communication and relationship building ability;
High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
The ability to gain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
