We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
• Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.

Skills and Qualifications
• 17-22 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.
