???? Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation from a Tier-1 College

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit top-notch candidates aligned with client requirements.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet diverse needs.
• Mentor and manage a recruitment team to achieve excellence.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead (2-4 years).
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing positions per client mandates.
• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a Tier-1 college (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunities.
