• 1) Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle. 2)Handle internal & external stakeholder's and ensuring closure's of mandate's . 3)Implement modern & contemporary styles of recruitment. 4)Supervise recruitment team and track their performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1)Candidate should have good knowledge of Non-IT domain & roles. 2)Should have expertise in ITES,BPO/KPO,midsenior level hiring. 3)4 to 7 years of relevant experience. 4)Team handling & client management experience is a must .
