Exp- 6+ yrs in hiring and onboarding
CTC - Up to 75K + incentives
Job location - Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Hands on experience majorly in managing end to end recruitments through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, feedback collection, document collection and post-offer follow-up till joining.
2. Exposure in the Healthcare industry is an added advantage
3. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
4. Keep track of recruiting metrics
5. Implement new sourcing methods
6. Recommend ways to improve employer brand
7. Participate in job fairs and career events
8. Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
+. Create and update compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹+00,000.00 per year
