Designation: Recruitment Manager (Non IT Recruiter; Hindi Mandatory)
Experience: 10 – 12 years

Job Description:
· Demonstrable experience managing end to end recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
· Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions.
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
· Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
· Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.
· Partnering with business for end-to-end talent hiring activities.
· Talent acquisition benchmarking & analytics on all areas.
· Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
· Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements and updates.
· Uncover and engage passive talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess a candidate’s viability for a position.
Skills:
· Hindi Mandatory.
· Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter (Sales recruitment is advantageous).
· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
· Strong decision-making skills
· Analytical skills
