Remote/Pune
• Hiring from Senior recruiter to Manager
• Source and Screen resume for the open position of Healthcare role
• Understand job profile and schedule interview with client accordingly, need to recruit for Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician etc
• 1+ Years of experience in Healthcare Clinical and Allied staffing
• Experience working in Per-Diem Nursing model is a big plus.
• Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS), Job Diva highly desired.
• Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team
