Responsibilities
• Work with big companies and hypergrowth startups for their talent requirements
• Take complete ownership of a partner account and manage their recruitment end-to-end (sourcing to onboarding)
• Mentor a team of recruiters to deliver results
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Self-initiator with a sense of ownership

• 1-5 years of prior experience in recruitment
