Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle of the client
• Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, budget and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
• Work in close coordination with various affiliates and Field recruiters across India to post and get supply
• Negotiate salary and terms with the candidates as appropriated by the client
• Maintain a steady pool of candidate resumes so that the recruiters productivity is enhanced
• Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Client Service Head
• Maintain regular reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings, and online interviews and assist in the onboarding process.
• You should be in possession to create various assessments and conduct various IQ tests related to restaurants and hotels before the final selection of the candidate
• Applicant should possess good communication skills both oral and written
• Should have a good understanding of tech-based tools
• Applicant should be willing to work in an office located at Mumbai, Malad/ Goregoan (West), Mon to Sat
• Candidates with 3- 10 years of experience in domestic hospitality recruitment.
• Graduate with a Catering/ Hotel Management Certification will be preferred
