Ensure performance of team is progressing (Upward trending). Manage and maintain numbers (New Joiners). Monitor performance and come up with solutions to deal with non-performing aspects. Updating job ads on various portals, screening of applicants ETC. Salary Range 20K - 30k Per Month (Depending on Last Drawn, experience, qualification, Interview Negotiable). Shift Timing - 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday Work from Office only). Candidate requirement
