About the Role
You will be encouraged to learn, develop, and grow your skills through the challenges of the role. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of internal recruitment processes and ensuring that vacancies are filled within a timely manner.
Working closely with the Recruitment Supervisor's, your responsibilities will include but is not limited the following:
End-to-end recruitment processing across multiple positions for all depots
Maintaining the accuracy of all recruitment-based data via the recruitment software (Martian Logic formally known as My Recruitment Plus)
Processing and assessing applications based on the stipulated criteria.
Liaising with applicants based on the progression and status of their applications
Following up and liaising with all hiring managers to ensure that they are well informed of the staffing requirements for their respective regions, depots, and/or departments
Drafting and editing of all advertisements that are published on both internal and external websites
Assisting the team in any area as required and performing any associated tasks
Achieving Internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Managing high volume of calls and communications
