JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will see you become a key member of our award-winning organisation, where your ability to jump in and get a task done will be well regarded. Your main priorities will focus on assisting our team with recruiting thousands of workers for vital agriculture positions all around Australia. This role is the perfect opportunity for a HR graduate or somebody with recruitment experience looking to broaden their experience to a vibrant and busy industry.
Typical Duties
Recruitment – assessing resumes, contacting applicants, reference checking, shortlisting candidates.
Post-placement support - ensuring our people are safe and happy in their work.
Admin – creating candidate profiles.
Other – daily candidate contact - making plenty of phone calls!
