KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Utilize job portals, social media, and employee referrals for talent acquisition.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and handle offer negotiations.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment strategies.
Plan and execute campus placement drives, coordinate with college placement cells, and build long-term partnerships with academic institutions.
