Responsibilities:
Looking for HR Recruiter who can handle end to end recruitment and also contribute in HR operations,
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• HR Administration
Desired Skills and Experience
• Significant prior Recruitment experience, (1+ years preferably)
• Strong educational background .
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss their needs and accordingly plan out the hiring process.
• Write recruitment advertisements for posting on social networking sites, internet and other recruiting sources.
• Manage the entire staffing process: recruit, screen, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
• Administer interviewing schedules for all job vacancies
• Manage company-college relations, handling campus recruitment processes and internship hiring programs.
• Explore the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Human Resource Manager
• Perform other HR duties as directed
