We are seeking an HR professional who is fluent in English to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The candidate should be an excellent communicator and have a passion for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Conducting the hiring process from start to finish
Sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
Conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers
Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Maintaining accurate records of all hiring activities and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Fluent in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply, although previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is preferred.
Location:
The position is based in CBD Belapur,Navi Mumbai and the candidate must be willing to work from our office.
