Posting the job on portals, Screening resumes, Performing in person and phone interviews with candidates
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Develop and oversee all necessary guidelines and procedure to ensure the recruitment an selection process
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and filled the position within time limits
Plan interview and selection procedures, in screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews
Design job description and interview questions that reflect the requirement of each positions
