Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job location: Vaishali nagar Jaipur, (Work from office only)
Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a company or organization. The primary duties of an HR Recruiter include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates that meet the organization's needs They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. The HR Recruiter also manages the hiring process, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
• Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on candidate selection and the overall hiring process
• Conduct reference and background checks on candidates
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary and other terms of employment with candidates
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles and levels
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS
