We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone at the intersection of HR and Sales.
You will be responsible for helping grow our sales team rapidly. This means you:
Draw up the hiring plan after receiving man- power estimates.
Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, and social media platforms.
Screen applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for hiring.
Interview the shortlisted candidates.
Plan for subsequent Interview rounds & assessments to facilitate best candidate selection.
Roll out Offer letters and maintain contact with candidates in the pre-joining phase.
Maintain / update databases.
Provide reports on performance against KPI’s.
Ensure document collection and help joiners complete required documentation.
Schedule training and orientation for new joiners.
Compensation - 3LPA - 5LPA including variables
Must Have-
1-2 years of experience in hiring
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High levels of initiative and self-motivation
Highly organized and thorough.
Committed to furthering our company's reach.
This role is based out of a fun office in Lower Parel
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
