IT & Non-IT Recruitment Experience
Experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing candidates
Hands-on with portals like Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Work Location Flexibility
Residing in or near Thane / Shahad / Kalyan
Comfortable working from both Thane and Shahad offices as per requirement

Day-to-day involvement in talent sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring operations
Close interaction with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
