Role Description
This is a role for a Recruitment Vendor, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Vendor will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions within the organization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, managing vendor relationships, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The role also involves evaluating candidate suitability and providing recommendations to stakeholders to meet organizational staffing needs.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Talent Hunting, Screening, and Effective Candidate Evaluation
• Strong Vendor Management and Coordination Skills
• Experience with Recruitment Platforms and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with vendors and candidates effectively
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment consulting or vendor management is a plus
