We are hiring for Regional Academic Head - Pathshala for following location:
1. Patna, Bihar
2. Jalgaon, MH
CTC - 12 LPA - 18 LPA ( Depending upon current ctc and subject)
This is a management role and member should have at least 4-5 years of experience in teaching JEE/NEET students and have exposure to management role.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the JEE and NEET segments and have the ability to effectively connect with all the stakeholders. The member will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities, fostering collaboration among ground teams & students, and enhancing the overall quality of education provided.
Experience: Must have at least 6-7 years of Teaching experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing overall academics including but not limited to Result Analysis, Test Process and Class Attendance Management, Faculty Management, Data Analysis, etc.
2. Handling of 10-12 centers
3. Will be deputed at various locations as per requirement
4. Must travel to all the centers regularly.
