• Assist in the regional benefits renewal process, helping to evaluate local vendors and recommend plan designs that balance cost and employee value.
• Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are fully compliant with local labor laws, taxation rules, and governmental regulations in each covered country.

Data Reporting & Systems

• Prepare and present clear, compelling analysis and strategic recommendations to regional HR and business leadership.

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4 + Years of progressive experience in HR and Analytics, with at least 2 years directly focused on Compensation and/or Benefits.
• Proven experience supporting compensation and benefits programs across multiple APAC countries is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex modeling) is essential.
• Strong understanding of cross-border compensation principles, benefits administration, and regional statutory compliance (e.g., varying leave entitlements, retirement scheme requirements).
• Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to translate complex, multi-country data into actionable regional insights.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points For
