Location: Nagpur & MumbaiPosition: Regional Business HeadIndustry: Banking & Financial ServicesKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business goals and profitability targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of branch managers and sales leaders.Drive customer acquisition, cross-selling, and relationship management to enhance market share.Identify opportunities for business expansion and strengthen the bank's presence in the region.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of governance.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.Qualifications & Skills:MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or related fields.Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong expertise in retail and corporate banking, sales, and operations.Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver results in a competitive environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Deep understanding of the Mumbai market and customer behavior is a plus
