π Location: Open to professionals based anywhere in West/North India

Tier 1 Markets
β’ West: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Ahmedabad
β’ North: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chandigarh, Jaipur
Tier 2 Markets
β’ West: Surat, Vadodara, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore, Bhopal, Rajkot, Kolhapur, Goa (non-beach cities: Panjim, Mapusa, Margao)
β’ North: Lucknow, Dehradun, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Shimla, Haridwar, Varanasi, Meerut, Agra
π― Who Weβre Looking For
Weβre specifically looking for a senior hotel industry BD leader who:
β
Has strong connects with hotel owners/developers across MumbaiβPuneβAhmedabad and Delhi NCR
β
Has experience signing brownfield/conversion deals (ideally 80+ key properties)
β
Understands leasing, revenue-share structures, and urban redevelopment norms
β
Has personally closed 2β3 hotel deals in Tier 1 cities like Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, or Gurugram
β
Comes with a background in or experience with reputed hospitality brands
π« Note:
β’ Candidates from QSR/F&B industries will not be considered
β’ Candidate must come from the hotel industry or real estate with multiple hotel deal closures
πΌ Key Job Responsibilities
π Identify and evaluate hotel property acquisitions and JV opportunities
π€ Build and manage strategic relationships with developers, landowners, and investors
π Drive expansion roadmaps & market-entry strategies
π Lead end-to-end deal negotiations
π Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and benchmarking
π§© Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and design teams
π What Youβll Need
β’ 10+ years in Business Development / Acquisitions within Hotels or Real Estate (hotel-focused)
β’ Demonstrated track record of deal closures in West/North India
β’ Deep knowledge of hospitality markets across priority cities
β’ MBA or equivalent postgrad preferred
