Role – Regional Collections Manager
• To drive the NPA recoveries and achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Planning, evaluation and implementation of all NPA recovery strategies
• Maintain and improve agency collections by monitoring performance, identifying challenges And providing support items
• To ensure collection agency capacity planning, training.
• To ensure submission of different reports on trends and feedback to policy
• To ensure agency level performance score card is published on a monthly basis.
• To review, evaluate the performance and take corrective action with the agencies
• To monitor the portfolio and contribute through quality inputs to the business and policy teams for corrective actions.
• To ensure cost of collections is within the budgeted no's
• To ensure compliance of process controls and code of conduct
• Compliance of data security norms
• Adherence to process control requirements
• Ensuring all customer escalations are closed in a timely manner
