Regional Collections Manager|CONSUMER SERVICE

Job Role: . Will be responsible for Business loan collection ( Flow) for the above mentioned states . 6 to7 Portfolio manager will be reporting to him . Will report in to Regional head . Should be able to manager and onboard vendors for collections as per the requirement of portfolio . Should have a sound knowledge of legal tools and activities for recovery of monies . . Should be able to meet the requirement of Management and keep up with the targets . Monitor portfolio quality periodically and give feedback to sales and management basis analysis and portfolio behaviour. . Should be a process driven person and be able to ensure strict adherence to the bank's processes and policies by your team, be it a vendor point or a direct team. . Candidate must have the ability for a robust review mechanism of the delinquent portfolio to scrutinize and track the actionable done by the vendor point or direct team. . Candidate also must possess adequate knowledge in handling system to ensure documented feedback and action taken and prepare various reports to analyze a given portfolio, to derive efficiency from his team and updating supervisor regularly. Good skills to communicate verbally and on mails and ability to negotiate with a default customer is mandatory. . Should be able to devise and execute exclusive strategies on a need basis in case of situations warranting adequate focus for recovery of default loans, NPA & write off/recovery. . Overall the candidate should be into scorecards monitoring, collection strategies, NPA & write off/recovery management, collection efficiency enhancement, early warning triggers & SKIP tracing. . Should be able to understand the overall outlook of a client's business. . Should possess good contacts of vendors catering to the requirement of business loan collection. . To work closely with other functions wherever required for facilitating better collection
