We’re looking for three regional education directors who will shape the future of education at Lift Schools.
• Regional Education Director - Secondary, Midlands
• Regional Education Director - Primary, Midlands
• Regional Education Director - Primary, East

As part of our national team, these roles will be instrumental in driving us to achieve our ambitious goal - what we call 4+0 - by 2028. 4+0 means that we want +0% of children to pass the key stage 1 phonics check, +0% to reach the expected standard in reading, writing and maths at key stage 2 and +0% of our pupils to achieve the grade 4 or above in GCSE English and maths, and +0% of children to be secure readers for their age.

In This Role You Will
• Deliver deep and lasting change to the lives of children in your region, while being an integral part of a dynamic team with nationwide reach.
• Lead and empower principals in your region to improve standards and drive transformative change.
• Work nationally as part of a team of regional education directors, securing sustainable excellence for every Lift School.

• A recent track record of impact as an executive leader across a number of schools.
• A sound understanding of how to support schools to drive lasting improvement at pace.
• A natural talent for inspiring leaders to be their absolute best, alongside a deep evidence-led knowledge of curriculum.
• An unwavering commitment to ensuring all children and young people, regardless of background or ability, receive an excellent education.
