Job Role:
This role is fully accountable for the financial stewardship, performance, and governance of all EMEA legal entities. This role goes beyond reporting and compliance — it acts as a strategic finance leader and business partner to regional management, with end-to-end ownership of financial outcomes, decision support, risk management, and value creation across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Ownership & Governance
• Assume full financial ownership of EMEA entities, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and risk management in line with Group policies.
• Act as the primary finance escalation point for EMEA matters to Group Finance.
• Oversee statutory filings, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
