Job Description
Ø As a NR Relationship Management Head- responsibility will be to handle a team of NR Relationship Manager.
Ø Team would be around of 10-15 persons.
Ø Responsible for the overall performance of the NR Channel for the region with a key focus on per head productivity of NR RM team, hiring, attrition and retention of the team.
Ø Hiring- Team expansion in line with the allocated manpower budget
Ø Driving the team towards the achievement of desired sales targets across various asset and liability product of the bank.
Ø Enhancing productivity of the team
Ø Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with NRI and HNI clients to be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
Ø Providing active advisory to UHNI/ HNI & Institutional clients including Global equity, trading, Insurance, mutual fund, discretionary portfolio, Private Equity, Hedge funds, derivatives, ETFs etc.
