Role/Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner - Customer Service Delivery
Business: Human Resources
Function/ Department: HRBP
Place of work: Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understand the context of jobs and seamless execution of the same
2. Work closely with Business colleagues to ensure consistency across all locations
3. Engage, create rapport with leaders to understand business, advise requirements
4. As part of the team, will have responsibility to drive and measure impact of all centrally driven HR initiatives across their portfolio
5. Lead the delivery of various HR products for different businesses through robust collaboration with leaders, COEs and internal stakeholders
6. Use HR Analytics as a critical tool to take decisions, influence leadership, design dashboards to measure HR effectiveness
7. Bring in innovation in thought and action in the HR BP practice
8. Effective communication ( Strategy and Execution) to ensure HR BP is perceived as vibrant and increases influence
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Practice and Drive collaboration will all internal and external stakeholders
2. Always You First approach as a way of work
3. Research HR and business practices around the globe, understand internal context and strive to establish right practices
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :
The role will not have reportees. However since the interaction will mostly be with seniors in HR and the business, it is important to continuously build skill of influencing without authority, detail orientation, stakeholder management, strategy and execution, customer
centricity.
