Location- Pune/ Nashik/ Aurangabad
CTC- 3-3.5 Lpa
Experience- 1-2 years
Recruitment - JLG (CRMs/DEO/Operations Auditor) (E - Aadhar card is mandatory)
Checking of Candidate details in Equifax bureau
Checking of Employee Credit in CIBIL
New Joinee details (All Document +New Joinee Excel sheet) to Corporate HR Team
New Joinee ticket (with photo) raised in MERP
Issuing Of - Offer & Appointment letter (CRM)
IDFC Bank Account Opening
Providing Consolidated Employee Exit Data
Preparation and Maintenance of Employee Personal file (as per standard checklist)
Collection and Maintenance of Original Educational document Tracker
HR Listens for all Branches
Residence Verification
Follow-up with Admin/Corporate team for Stationary requirement
SOP PROCESS
Exit Interviews for Resigned employees (ABM/BM/UM)
Preparing & Submission Of - Branch Staff Letter to a nearest Police Station.
Coordination with ESIC officials , HDFC for any Claim settlement TIC, Card, etc.
Handing over of 1 & 2 years, Confirmation, Promotion letter & Increment letter
Annual Audit Document updates (For New Joinee personal document to be uploaded)

we are looking for candidate who can handle whole Nashik / Pune / Aurangabad region
Preferably candidate from Microfinance industry / NBFC ( Must)
CTC :
3.0 lakhs to 3.50 lacs
Joining :
preferably Notice should not be more than 30 days
