Job Description
This role will ensure a secure, stable, and efficient delivery of recruitment, payroll, and HR administration, enabling more time for HR operations and business needs. Key responsibilities include attracting, selecting, recruiting, and onboarding talents tied to business needs; developing social media presence, employer branding, and Compensation and Benefits; upskilling and reskilling Epiroc teams and employees in Australia; delivering best-in-class HR administration and payroll supported by automation; collaborating within Compensation & Benefits and Labor law in Australia; driving continuous improvements and AGILE work culture; actively driving the Australia and APAC RCoE collaboration and improvements forums with HR Ops; sharing learnings and contributing in the Global forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR and team leadership experience, familiarity with local labour legislation, highly experienced with change management, demonstrated project delivery, highly analytical and detailed with a strategic mindset, and ability to handle and work under pressure.
