Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee all human resources operations within our regional facilities. This role is vital in ensuring the effectiveness of our HR functions, from recruitment and training to compliance and employee relations, supporting our growth and maintaining our commitment to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Occasional regional travel (Western U.S.) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure alignment with business needs and culture. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage regional HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and oversee HR legal compliance in the region. Conduct employee training programs on a variety of topics, including health and safety, professional development, and team building.
Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies and best practices
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing support and coaching to management
• Facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities within the organization
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting fair and equitable HR practices
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations or related roles
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Experience managing HR associates
Preferred Requirements
• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR)
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of HR technology and systems
