At Anand Rathi, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Professional to join our team and drive business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement region-specific HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional employees, addressing inquiries, grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution.
Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in candidate selection processes, and oversee onboarding activities.
Performance Management: Support regional managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
Training and Development: Identify regional training needs, coordinate programs, and facilitate initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in developing and implementing regional compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws within the region, conducting regular audits and addressing any issues.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, prepare reports, and present key metrics to leadership for decision-making purposes.
HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in regional and global projects, such as restructuring, change management, or diversity programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Several years of experience in HR management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices within the assigned region.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and program implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are highly desirable.
