Location- Pune/ Nashik/ Aurangabad
CTC- 3-3.5 Lpa
Experience- 1-2 Years
• Recruitment - JLG (CRMs/DEO/Operations Auditor) (E - Aadhar card is mandatory)
• Checking of Candidate details in Equifax bureau
• Checking of Employee Credit in CIBIL
• New Joinee details (All Document +New Joinee Excel sheet) to Corporate HR Team
• New Joinee ticket (with photo) raised in MERP
• Issuing Of - Offer Appointment letter (CRM)
• IDFC Bank Account Opening
• Providing Consolidated Employee Exit Data
• Preparation and Maintenance of Employee Personal file (as per standard checklist)
• Collection and Maintenance of Original Educational document Tracker
• HR Listens for all Branches
• Residence Verification
• Follow-up with Admin/Corporate team for Stationary requirement
• SOP PROCESS
• Exit Interviews for Resigned employees (ABM/BM/UM)
• Preparing Submission Of - Branch Staff Letter to a nearest Police Station.
• Coordination with ESIC officials , HDFC for any Claim settlement TIC, Card, etc.
• Handing over of 1 2 years, Confirmation, Promotion letter Increment letter
• Annual Audit Document updates (For New Joinee personal document to be uploaded)
Location : we are looking for candidate who can handle whole Nashik / Pune / Aurangabad region
Preferably candidate from Microfinance industry / NBFC ( Must)
CTC : 3.0 lakhs to 3.50 lacs
Joining : preferably Notice should not be more than 30 days
Gender : Male
Age : 20-30 yrs
