- Attract superior talent as per HR policy and on-board them as per the timeline and budget.
- Ensure proper on boarding and handholding is done to retain them
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Manage the HR Operations pertaining to the function / location / region for accurate real time data/information
- Ensure statutory compliance for the region / function
- Support and driving the Performance Management Program for the region / function
- Managing employee grievances within the agreed timelines
- Support the L&D and the engagement activities.
