Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain relationships with business managers, institutes, young talents and alumni students.
Effectively manage, prioritise workload, and close the freshers hiring needs
Collaborate & partner with the hiring managers or institutes to coordinate for on/off-campus interviews, events or internship
hiring activities.
Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
Facilitate & Coordinate candidate online assessments interviews, offer Initiation, BGV and Onboarding Processes
Report on recruiting metrics after every campus event using Excel reports or through Ramco tool (enablement in progress)
or other appropriate tools
Research and gather market intelligence through institutes, portals/vendors and work with Campus Manager to come up
with campus strategies and support implementation
Be part of the university engagement activities with identified colleges/institutes
