Job Description
Role:
Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance. Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Outline the Key Responsibilities/Deliverables for this role/ Describe the Task and /or day-to-day activities
- · Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to assigned Business Heads, developing strong relationships with leaders and employees
- · Proactively identify people-related business issues and opportunities, and work with clients to develop and implement solutions that drive desired business results and improve the employee experience
- · Understand business objectives and strategies, and align HR programs, policies, and initiatives to support those goals
- · Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and on-board top talent that meets the current and future needs of the business
- · Manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with Legal as needed
- · Administer and interpret employment laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- · Conduct investigations as needed, documenting findings and making recommendations for resolution
- · Serve as a resource to employees on HR-related topics such as benefits, compensation, performance management, etc.
- · Develop and deliver HR trainings and presentations on various topics
- · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and share insights with clients and leadership
- · Stay abreast of changes in applicable laws and regulations, and ensure compliance
- · Perform other duties as assigned
Min. Qualification
Graduate , MBA HR would be preferred

8 – 12 Years of experience
Industry - Consumer Goods, Retail
