Regional Human Resources Manager (RHRM)
Location: Hybrid

Position Summary
The Regional Human Resources Manager (RHRM) is responsible for executing and supporting people strategies across assigned regions by partnering closely with regional and market leadership. This role serves as a hands-on HR trusted partner, providing guidance, coaching, and practical HR solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and compliance.
The RHRM is accountable for executing HR strategies across employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, and change management while ensuring consistent application of policies, employment laws, and organizational standards. This role leverages workforce data and employee insights to identify trends, mitigate risk, and support operational effectiveness across multiple locations.
Essential Duties
Serve as a primary HR partner to regional and market leaders, providing practical, solution-oriented guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership issues.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and terminations, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
Coach leaders on effective people management practices, including feedback delivery, accountability, and conflict resolution.
Support leaders in addressing performance concerns early and consistently, ensuring follow-through and resolution.
Partner with leaders to identify engagement and retention challenges and implement actionable, region-specific solutions.
Support the employee lifecycle across the region, including onboarding, performance feedback, development discussions, and offboarding.
Assist with succession planning and leadership development initiatives by identifying development needs and coordinating targeted coaching and training support.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement survey action planning.
Ensure consistent application of company policies, employment laws, and HR practices across assigned locations.
Serve as a resource to leaders on federal, state, and local employment regulations, escalating issues appropriately when needed.
Partner with HR leadership and legal counsel on sensitive or high-risk employee matters.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and HR process adherence within the region.
Support organizational change initiatives such as growth, restructuring, integrations, or process improvements by executing HR change plans at the regional level.
Partner with leadership to communicate and implement HR programs and initiatives in a clear, consistent, and timely manner.
Translate HR strategies into practical actions that support leaders and employees.
Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization while maintaining credibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for employee and leader questions related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, life events, and general benefits inquiries.
Assist with communication and execution of benefits programs and changes, ensuring clarity around resources, timelines, and expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within multi-site and multi-state environments.
Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and lead investigations.
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and core HR disciplines, including performance management, compensation practices, and compliance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong active listening and facilitation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned region.
