Job Description
Salary: INR 6,00,000 CTC (+ INR 1,00,000 P.A. Variable)
Other benefits: as per the Company policy.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Annual target achievement of NexCruise sales.
• Daily reporting from the sales team to ensure best performance.
• Employee Management.
• Forecasting for sales and coordination with logistics team for timely dispatch and inventory rotation.
• Identification of new markets and expansion in those markets (developing channel partners).
• Hiring of the field-team personnel as per the new requirements of the company.
• Day to day operations management of regional office in Jaipur.
• Creation and management of leads, and assignment of leads to channel partners.
• Continuous monitoring of the channel partner’s performance.
• Ensuring end-customer satisfaction.
Qualification criteria:
• Postgraduate (preferably in sales and marketing).
• Experience of minimum 4-5 years in Automobile/ Auto Ancillary industries.
• Experience of team handling.
• Must have go getter approach towards targets.
• Should be able to Join on Immediate basis.
• Ready to travel as per the needs of the business
