We have an urgent opening for the position of Regional Manager for a reputed Manufacturing Industry for Jaipur and Kolkata locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating Revenue by creating regional sales plans
• Building and maintaining customer relationships (Distributor management)
• Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
• Product promotion
• Training & development of talent
• Retention of Talent
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Eligibility:
• Qualification - Graduate/MBA Marketing regular
• Experience – Minimum 10+ Years
• Age – Not more than 40
• Current Team size - At least 6 members (On roll)
• Language – Proficient in English Communication
• Having at least 8 to 12 distributors
• Average Minimum Business Volume – 3 to 5 Cr / month
• Having work experience in Distribution Sales Model/ Channel Sales
• He will look after the whole Rajasthan & Gujarat/ Eastern Part
