About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the Community Service programs across the Northern Territory
Building the capacity of complex care, specialized, and community (home) care operations
Holding an integral part of the Executive Team and working to identify opportunities and deliver strategic planning for these programs
Leading by example and fostering an engaged, healthy, and safe workplace for all staff and volunteers within the community space
Benefits
Competitive Salary 140k base plus super
Salary Sacrificing as Not for Profit
Relocation support of up to 5k reimbursed after 6 months of employment
Requirements
Bachelor in Health Science (Nursing) – or equivalent
Diploma in Management/Leadership or similar or demonstrated experience of at least 3 years
Knowledge and experience of managing Community Programs including developing and expanding service provision through funding opportunities and Grants
