Role Overview
Livspace seeks highly driven Operations Leaders for multiple locations to oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead City/Region operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects.
• Own Customer experience throughout the customer journey.
• Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Build and manage teams, including senior managers, project managers, and site supervisors.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth project execution.
• Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity.
• Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization, and customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in operations.
• Leadership experience in operations within Startups is also welcome.
• Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks.
• Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach, with ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Education:
Graduate in Engineering or Architecture from a Tier 1 College. An MBA from a Tier 1 college is a plus.
