Duties
Lead and manage regional operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Foster strong relationships with team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industry.
Strong understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
Personal Licence preferred but not essential
Willing to to cover as a temporary manager
